For our commercial contract clients, we supply drop boxes that range in various sizes in addition to 65 and 95 gallon roll carts. Providing roll carts to our clients maximizes on-site recycling efforts and prevents recyclables from entering landfills. Our commercial contract clients also enjoy our ability to generate waste and recycling reports (LEED Reports) at the end of each month.
These reports provide percentages and breakdowns of various different commodities that were recovered from co-mingled containers. Under LEED V3 Credit 2 (Construction Waste Management), contractors are urged to recover a minimum of 50% of materials from co-mingled containers which could be deemed as recyclable. With the help of City of Roses, we not only assure that this takes place, but we also aim to recover the maximum amount of 95%. A 95% recovery rate grants the LEED job 3 points under the LEED rating system.
